<p>I upgraded my cellphone contracts with MTN. The two delivery addresses I gave them was Cape Town and Johannesburg. For a reason no one can explain to me the sent the two phones to Port Alfred. RTT the courier company then lost the package. Now I've been battling for two week to get them to resend the two phones and was sent from pillar to post speaking to 14 people in one call. I finally found someone that I thought was competent to help me and she promised me the phones will be deliver early this morning. This afternoon I phyone to find out when the phones will be delivered and what did they tell me, THE PHONES WILL BE IN PORT ALFR ED TODAY!!!! IAM IN JOHANNESBURG PEOPLE WAKE UP!!!!!!!!! I'm sick of phoning as you leave messages but no one comes back to you.</p>
