I bought mtn zakheleshares in 2010 for my daughter and my niece whom I'm a legal guardian to.I bought shares for R2000 each, after 6yrs I decide I need to sell these shares than the 1st week of february 2016 I started the process of trading them by calling their call centre firstly they emailed me wrong documents for trading I kept on calling until they sent me verification forms and change of details forms of which I filled and faxed through back to them,But even with that being done I wad still told I had to fax more documents every time I call them of which I did, finally on the 22 of february received smsed that said I have been successfully registered and I can nw trade but when I call them to do so,I was told my forms have been forwarded to their compliance office and I have to wait 7 working days for verification,I waited but still after those 7 days when I called my verification was still not done I was told to wait more days and they couldn't give me a time frame on how long I should wait,I wonder if it's gonna a year to just do whatever that needs to be done.I am extremely disappointed with mtn zakhele and would advise anyone not to do business or buy shares from them.???
