Incompetency and bad customer service

How long does it take for a refund to come through.I logged a refund query last week Thursday, only to find out this morning that it was rejected because there was no proof of payment. No one cared to ask for it instead my query just stayed there unattended. Am so disappointed in the service I got and I demand my money back into my account by no later than the 05th March 2021.
