Incompetency

I have had the worst experience with these two companies. The incompetency from both parties is shocking. I have been out of internet for two weeks,i havent been doing my work, now they want me to pay a cancellation fee for something that is not my problem. The network is failing to deliver in my area now i have to pay for thier fault.this is by far the worst network providers in south africa!!!. I wont be paying the cancellation fee! I dont advise anyone to sign a contract with these two companies
