Incompetence to a next level

I really don't know how these people exist, their staff are I'll trained, the online team is more than useless, the approve applications then decide it within themselves they will cancel it. They credit vet you 700 times then tell you oh sorry your amount approved has dropped in half. Seems they just take people 9ff the street and say hey here's a job for you, don't worry all you have to do is p people off and now you want to buy out Telkom. Lord help us all.
