Incompetence Rules

So MTN pestered me and eventually got me to upgrade my contract with a voice line, I have enough phones that work so opted for a Macbook....Wonderful...except they took my business voice line and converted it to a data line....this is a line I have been using for voice for 10 years. Do you think I can get anyone to rectify this....not a chance. I even went into the MTN branch in Northmead Benoni....the rep their tried top make out that it is my fault.
