Incompetence on another level from MTN

Im surprised this network is still operational after all the horrific reviews out there. But they are definitely good at false promotional deals. They promised one thing and don't deliver the full package. Their streaming packages are a **** because you don't get the full benefit of the streaming data at all. Most times when I stream the websites they promote as included in the streaming data package it just ends of depleting my anytime data. And all my streaming data falls away month end useless to me. I have been trying to resolve this with MTN for an entire month and everytime they respond with pathetic answers from i must buy airtime to boost streaming data included in my contact so I need to keep buying airtime to have full use of the contract that I'm paying monthly for . How stupid is that's! When I do purchase airtime MTN deducts for mobile subscriptions that I did not sign up for. They have this stupid mobile subscription that pops up on your screen while you using your device and when you see you have subscribed to this and that for R5 a day. No other service provider does that. So after explaining to MTN consultants numerous times that I have topped up with airtime that is not the issue they then come back with another stupid answer of Hotspot and inserting the Sim in a router, 4 times I tried to explain that the Sim card is in my mobile device and that I am trying to stream from that same device and the streaming data just does not run down and my anytime data is depleting. They just keep responding with same answer. I agree with most people's that MtN is in the business of taking our money and not taking responsibility for the problems. I have emailed complaints@ mtn and nothing absolutely nothing . Team leaders/ supervisor and managers don't call back so customers are left hanging. Poor service provider. The innocent consultants in-store and o line are taking all the punches from frustrating customers for the back office incompetence.
