Incompetence of MTN

I took out an MTN Data contract in August 2019- for R 999. There was nothing wrong, until July 2020. MTN started billing my approximately R 1500 more than what the contract stated. I have been battling since July to get this resolved!! Nothing!! I really feel it is ****************!!
