Incompetence mtn representative

I consulted with a MTN consultant on Monday requesting a router. She told me that once the router is delivered i should just insert the sim card and use the passwords provided and it will operate automatically. The debit order already took the pro-rata and full amount for April but the router is not working. I called for assistance and ive been sent from one department to the next since 8 a.m. and one of the consultants even said that they do not know the person who assisted me and they refused to sendme to someone who can actually assist me. They do not seem to care now but before they sold me the router they were calling every second minute
