Incompetence is an understatement

What a TERRIBLE service provider!!! Trying to upgrade just to hear sorry you are on the old system. So now our packages cost you ten times more!!! How does that even make sense??? Is it my fault I'm on the old system?? I think not. So coz of incompetence you want me to pay over R2000 for a package other people get for R800??? How do you even explain this!! If I dont get help today to rectify this I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER AND GO OVER TO A SERVICE PROVIDER THAT ACTUALLY WANTS TO HELP THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS!!!
