Incompetence has reached a new low.

Total incompetence has reached a level higher than any ANC member, and that is the incompetence of MTN. My mother is 87 years old, her phone ****** when she was in hospital, and there is NO WAY one can blacklist her phone, get a sim swap or getting anything done working with people with a collective intelligence less than that of a moth. The phone is registered in her business, but she does not have the business anymore (87 years old). They refuse to blacklist the phone, do a sim swap or assist in any way, why, because the BE ALL AND END ALL is a letterhead. Not her ID, not the fact that she is there IN PERSON (she was release yesterday), no, a letterhead. I hope MTN loses millions of customer, I really truly hope so. Please do not EVER consider doing business with this company. I cannot give less than one star, else I would have.
