Incompetence from mtn as per the usual

Mtn has no customer service whatsoever, it's the same pathetic service time and again. Nobody answers the phone At their cancellations department and they will bill you every month due to their incompetence. Buhle whoever that dumb consultant is at mtn customer care line assured me a manager would call me back regarding the query as I have tried several time to get through to their cancellations department. Clearly these consultants are trained by *********** management hence their inability to be of any assistance whatsoever the only thing you hear from them is I am sorry ma'am we are working from home. *** does that have to do with anything???
