Incompetence from MTN

I have had it with your company. I have been handed over for over R4000 and this is incorrect. Your staff are really *********** and keep telling me there is nothing they can do. This is *******. I was supposed to upgrade in August and cannot because of this incompetence. I have sent my bank statements showing my monthly payments for 2 years as well as my contract where I signed for R369 per month. I EVEN SENT ALL THESE DOCS TO MBD
