Incompetence from Heidleberg Mall MTN

Tried cancelling a contract with them but their wonderful store in Heidelberg refused to accept the router after which I left the router in the store and took a photo and emailed them multiple times with the store manager in the emails and got no response but still they tried taking their payment for three months and after I had to make scene in the store with the manager it got cancelled but now my account was handed over for not paying but I did not even use the service.
