Incompetence for fixing my number

MTN, you have now been struggling for months to fix my problem. If someone calls my number, it doesn't ring by me but rings to another persons phone. Sometimes i can call, sometimes i cant. My WhatsApp works. I have been to several of your stores, but wth no luck. Tickets have been logged, and after a day or so i get a mail to say it has been resolved. I am looking for work, but can't get any because no one can get hold of me. Clearly i am loosing the opportunity to find work and provide for my family due to your negligence and incompetence to fix mh number that i pay for every month. Please make contact with me so this can be resolved and that i can find work!!!!!!
