INCOMPETENCE / FAILURE TO CANCEL CONTRACT

I had a data contract with MTN which expired on the 20th February 2016. I cancelled this contract and received confirmation from MTN that this contract has been moved to prepaid - their reference ********** 5, dated the 5th July 2016. My first e-mail communication from MTN was on the 19th May 2016, from Nonkululeko Makahathini. They neglected to cancel my contract (INCOMPETENCE), and let the contract continue. Only after further communication and phone calls was the contract cancelled (see reference number and date above). On the 1st July 2016 another debit order went off against my bank account in the amount of R923.18. This should have, for all intents and purposes, have been the last payment, so imagine my surprise when MTN tried to ***** another R1269.47 from me!!!!! So, can someone from MTN, preferably someone with a brain and who knows what they're doing, sort this out. I sure as hell am not paying for a service that I no longer have. The cell number linked to this contract was ********** 818. Another reference number given to me by MTN is ********** 86. It is not my problem if employees at MTN are *********** or unable to do their jobs. Try and make your money somewhere else as you're obviously losing many clients and with service (or lack thereof) such as this, well gosh, it comes as no surprise!
