INCOMPETENCE

Incompetence on a higher level, i have a contract sim that does not receive calls or any sms’s, not even MTN can call me,I'm unable to process an upgrade due to the level of incompetence yet i am expected to keep paying for this contract which I'm unable to use, which i paid for the full 2 years in advance, cant do a sim swap, cant do an upgrade, and yet im told OOH NO MAM JUST RESTART YOUR PHONE WE HAVE REFRESHED THE NUMBER ON THE NETWORK, ooh wow really i have been doing that since last year August till to date no one seems to know what the hell is going, i want to know what have i been paying for if i can not use the services, i am Appalled by the lack of service MTN, none of the stores are competent enough even know what to do, its request after request after request but nothing gets resolved, Sies MTN
