Incompetence

Can MTN/Mondo tell me when is it that they plan to Rica my home wifi Sim card. I have already spend data worth over R500 in the past 4 days because of their incompetence and lies. If this Sim issue is not sorted tomorrow morning, they must cancel this contract and re-imburse me in full. This is nonsense and unprofessional.
