Incompetence at mtn

After 2 months and countless visits to mtn Northridge mall Bloemfontein they still pulled off the wrong amount from my account yesterday. They are becoming as pathetic as Telkom as far as service is concerned. If there are any competent people left at mtn who can fix my account problem please contact me. ***
