Incompetence and uneducated in accounting!

Imbeciles working in accounts, *********** and unable and unwilling to do the basic accounting and payment allocation! Lines cut after payment made on time every time via debit order, but the imbeciles in MTN account cut lines with no idea why or who authorised the line cut -- absolutely pathetic!
