Incompetence
<p>Mtn</p> <p>Is by far the most unreliable network even the call centre staff is useless.</p> <p>On the 31st I made a payment. Every month I pay around those dates they disconnected my line for no reason st all.</p> <p>When I called the call centre they said they never received the payment. .."Whose problem is that " when I have the proof of payment. Makes you wonder whose working at the accounts office if you cant update customer payments.</p> <p>Such incompetence it's really pathetic and all they can say is I'm NYORRY..</p>
