Incompetence
good day I must say I’m am frustrated I still can’t receive calls. When people try to call it says the number is not available on mtn network. Can you make sure that my number is not removed from the network. Otherwise I am forced to leave MTN. This is ridiculous. Not even the technician can fix the problem.

18 Apr 2020, 11:35Having been one loyal customer for the past 10 years this is the service I get from MTN. They still cant fix my problem. What a pathetic service . Good reason why I cancelled my contract.
