Incompetence

I want a statement on my account from January 2020 and they keep avoiding my query then when I speak to natasha at mtn complains dept she just blocks me because she cant give me what I want. I need to see my payments allocated.. the incompetence is scary . I want full statement showing invoices and payments what's so difficult about that. They keep telling.me I'm behind but I pay more than contact amount every month
