Incompetence

You can't complain about service because there is no service from day one the consultant promised me the best mobile package just to find out that what we agreed on was a lie, after getting a bill we're limits was not put on they charge me R1500 for 5g of data, when I went back to mtn shop the consultant that signed me up did not work there any more a d they could not explain the charges, when I ask for my contract it took 3 months we're buy it took me numerous calls and emails to put a limit on by this time my bill was going into the 1000's Speak to the most *********** people I have ever seen, the one blaming the other and the only answer I get is "sorrrrry sir" well sorry did not fix my credit score and when I paid the bill to get a letter or statement from them was month of emails, calls, promises and at the end the legal department said the do not give statements or do letter I must wait 90 days. If you want to complicate your life and like working with *********** people who will rip you of go do business with mtn.
