Incompetence

I has contract with you and you stopped debiting with correspondence, now my acc is at legal without being notified. I called and spoke to 3 *********** consultants who made me hold the line with no 1 on the other side, i called again call was referred to a wrong company and the last 1 told me she can't verify me. I regret taking a contract with you and I will never do that again or even refer a person to you.
