Incompetence

I have sent 5 mails to activate my SMS only roaming in Saudi Arabia. I am told the service has been activated but it still does not work. The last mail I sent 3 days ago has still not been rep**** to. Why EVERY time I need something from MTN I have to revert to Hellopeter before anything gets done? Is every MTN employee ***********? What a ****ty company!
