Incompetence.

I complained not more than 2 weeks ago about my number which was not canceled. I received a call from Precious and she said that it will be sorted out and I will be refunded my money but that was not the case. My number was suspended on the 20th of April which cost me my job because I could not use it. My data that I bought like I am so furious with mtn to a point where I don't want anything else. How is it that I'm promised one thing and then another is done. I feel like the call was to deceive me because my number is suspended. Also your Mondo associates is full of **** and I don't want their service nor yours because you are not treating your customer right. I have been with mtn too long for such and it is time to move on. Sort out the issue I complained about last time. Number: ***. Because of this contract which was not canceled 2 more numbers are affected like why? Because one number is not on contract and one is fully paid but because of your incompetence well they are both down. Cancel all my contracts please I don't want to deal with mtn anymore.
