Incompetence

Waiting 2hours for a consultant in a shop that has 6+ working stations and more than enough staff is totally unacceptable. The waiting line/list was more than 8 people at a time and only 3 consultants (let's say *********** idiots) to help. After eventually ending up with someone, I was told that I had to call head office as they are unable to deal with my credit limit increase enquiry (again, this after waiting for 2hours to be helped). I was also told that my previous credit limit increase request had been denied because of my income amount. When asked where they got my income amount, I was told
