Incompetence
<p>Mtn hit me with a bill of R4125 out of the blue, i quaried this, but desided, it was use less, i desided to pay the money, at the end of june i payed R3300 over to mtn, and i will pay the remaining, R1200 over to mtn as per arrangement. However mtn in now billing me for a further R8000 plus, the due date is in august of 2016. I wanted to buy out the contract, but desided to let it run out on the 9 th of february 2017 at a R182 Per month, the buy out amount for this contract, was the R8000 plus amount i am being billed for. I made arangements on the 07/07/2016 with mtn.</p>

Kindly be advised that the usage limit on your cell number was adjusted on 2016-06-09 to R0.00. Please note that you accumulated charges for Packet Switched Data Calls on the invoice of 2016-06-13 and your invoice total came up to R 4,243.98 . The outstanding balance on your account is for the invoice of 2016-06-13.
