I had made many queries about my itemised billing <br> Instead of sorting out my concern they limit my account <br> Now I can't make calls

We have now perused your account and see that a request was logged for the itemised billing reports to be retrieved and it will be sent to you once retrieved (REQ:***).
The issue pertaining to the usage limit, we see that you've requested to have the line as an open line, however the usage limit set of R3900.00 is aligned with your total credit limit on the account as a whole.
