incompetence
Mtn has the worst consultants ever. I constantly have to fight with consultants and never have the joy of having my queries resolved.

We have tried calling you on 2 ocassions to get some more information pertaining to your complaint.
We have now requested the management team within our Prepaid Department to make contact with you later and get the matter resolved amicably.
