Incompetant staaff

To me mtn is THE BEST network in terms of coverage. So on the 24th of November I saw the AMAZING data deal you guys where having on 30gigs for R200 .I app**** for for this deal online,. but only got a messages saying that someone will call me during the next week. not wanting to miss out even thought I had to pay extra fees I went to your store Galleria Mall and did the application in the store. the following week I was called by someone from mtn regarding my online application, and I told them that I had already done the application in store and it was fine. since then I have made NUMEROUS visits to the stores and even called,.. and i was continually told that the system was still processing it. over 3 weeks later i go to the store today and I am told that the lady who called me cancelled all my applications online and the once i made in store,. so I now cant get the contract???? How do u expect me to accept this? Basically you are telling me we are an International company but we have untrained fools working for us SOOOO you would be getting that AMAZING deal we promised you. I CANNOT ACCEPT THIS!!! I EXPECT MORE FROM YOU MTN!!!
