Incompetant rude Call centre agent

Good day Head of mtn or complaincve department

I booked my mobile device sony z5 with IMEI No. ********** ********** 8 for repairs on the 03/12/2016 at my nearest mtn shop in Sanlum Centre Pinetown, i was advised due to Sony being in jhb it would take about 2weeks to get it fixed. Only 3 weeks after it was booked in did i get a call from mtn with a qoute which i rejected and asked how long the mobile would take to be returned back to me the consultant i spoke to said about 3days and a week has gone buy and still nothing. In essence it has taken Sony repair centre in gonjuction with mtn repair centre and sss outsourced repair centre a month to attempt to fix my device and nothing has happened neither has my damaged device been returned to me. I sit perterbed only yto say the least as to what the SLA for repair centre and i as a contractrr client of mtn and sony is???? Today i called in the repair centre as i have been doing every 3 days and receive all sorts of stories but today was the final straw i spoke to a very catty and rude african female called Terisa who kept me online for about 5minutes as she either completed whatever she was doing or continued as if not to be on a call with me till i enquired if she was still on the line and she abruptly rep**** yes i am on the line just cheacking the job card at this point surely she should have advised me when she was checking instead of having silent sinaps inbetween as if this call centre does not get Quality Assured. I requested an update as i had already given her the many stories i had heard and needed to know what these job cards were saying as an update she ever so arrogantly said it was awaiting dispatch and she does not know how long that will take and thats all thats updated so i requested she give me the mount edgecomb contact no. because i can no longer wait for dispatch to update as i was previously told wednesday it was already dispatched to the pinetown mtn and surely by now it being a friday it should have arrived she sheepishly said she had no idea who was telling me all this but her system states awaiting dispatch and that as i requested she will update mount edgecomb repair centre on her job card no longer to continue their dispatch process which is taking forever as i will fetch it myself. she went on to ****ily advise how abrupt i am on the phone and that i am giving her instructions instead of listening to her tryieng to help me, she did no such this person failed to give me any proper service so much so she even failed to advise me that the mount edgecom repair centre does not open on weekends and further refused to put me through to her supervisor Phaphamang or the manager sitieng she had done enough. I wonder if she received any traininh?????A lovely lady by the name Sarida who subsequently picked up my call after this Terisa dropped it also advised there was no job card created to advise mount edgecomb repair centre i will pick up myself, i further requested to speak to Phaphamang the supervisor and i was told he was not in and Sarida sent him an email for him to call me back on Monday as i impatiently wait for Monday.
