incompetancy

After I complained here on the 27/11/2015 with reference no # ********** 3.i received an a response from MTN legal.telling me that my account has been closed and a settlement letter has been sent to credit bureau. i asked for the closed letter which was never sent to me. their reference number was ********** 8 and the person who responded to me was Haniel Selwadi.i didn't mind because I still have their emails. to my surprise when I went to mtn carlton center today for a new contract I was told I don't qualify cause my account has been handed over to legal.this is a disgrace that mtn has never updated their books.now where ever I go this comes up.i don't know if they know the strain they put me through because of their incompetency.
