Incompatent staff

Incompatent people at Westgate branch that don't know how to help customers with a contract and opens lines when we never asked them to do it. Now I get a email that says my mom is behind with payment for 6 months. This is bull**** and needs to be sorted. We have been there 3 times after the upgrade and still they can't help us
