Incoming Calls show as Private

I have upgraded from a Samsung S20 to the Samsung A52. Ever since all my incoming calls are reflecting as Private Numbers. All the settings are correct on the phone. MTN said the CLI is activated but still all the incoming calls shows as Private which is a huge irritation. MTN does not care to assist to solve the problem with their technical support.
