Incoming Calls Blocked

I paid off my contract for two numbers with MTN and both subscribers were migrated to prepaid and ever since then I can't receive incoming calls. I use these for business and now customers cannot reach me. Spoken to over 5 call center agents and none have been able to assist me..very disappointed at the Bozza Network
