MTN DONT CARE ABOUT ANYONE AND WOULD LIKE TO ADVISE PEOPLE NOT TO DEAL WITH MTN

In December last year ( 2017 ), I found that my account was being debited my MTN without my permission , I went to my bank they said that MTN is the one that is debiting from my account because I have a contract with them of which I never had a contract in my life. so I went to MTN PAVILLION to make inquiries about this, they said that they will investigate and send me an email so I gave them all my details in December.

i phoned them towards the end of December 2017 and spoke to the store manager, she said that the reference number 1- ********** 0124 they gave me does not pick up on their system so they took the id number, the lady promised that they will sort it out again and get back to me but no one did.

i called them again last week Friday 26/01/2018 this time the system was offline, Sovan gave me the number ********** the number is useless because they give an option to punch in your cell number but I don't have a contact so I don't see the need to call the number, these people don't care and my money is being debited every month and I am the one that have to make reversals all the time.

And id MTN PAVILLION is investigating the matter than why are they not picking the query up on their system, and why I submitted all the relevant documents to them to prove that i don't have the account when they are still going to tell me to call another number and explain the same story I explained to them before.
