Incapable Network Service Provider.

I don't understand why a company that use to offer the best service in the country has become so useless. Their client services department is just compromised of *********** staff. Its been over 72 hours since I made a payment for my account and to date my services have been suspended.!!!!! I called their useless call center and no one answers the phone. When they do, they hang up on you. Some stupid lady by the name Nqobile promised 2 days ago that my services would be reactivated and still nothing has been done. Such a business should cease to exist. The service the employee provides to the client is so disgusting that not only does it embarrass the company but also paints a disfigured idea of the management behind the company.... Mtn, you have really become useless!!! Can my contracts with you guys end already. Your service is nauseating!
