Incapable customer service from MTN

My wife and I have been contacting MTN in regards to home WIFI contracts that she took. They keep on sending her in between departments. The last consultant she spoke with was even disregarding and disrespectful to the extent of muting her line and then going about his business.

This morning she called in attempt to cancel the contracts as they have been paid but both routers are still not open for internet access. May we kindly be assisted in making sure MTN takes the matter serious . The most annoying thing is that none of the consultants even cares to make sure we receive proper customer care.
