With regards to previous complain last week Ref nr: \REQ:***"<br> <br> I do not appreciate this service again as this is definitely NOT VALID CHARGES! <br> <br> This is not clear at all? The charges are NOT valid for month of April and May as I've never gone over my limit"

Kindly note that as advised previously that the charges are valid because the out of bundle has increased, hence the account you have received is correct.
