Inappropriate deceit unknown tariff increase every 6 months despite fix term contract

Thank you due the unknown increase and contrary information been received last month was overcharged and could not understand and when calling 083135 was deceived Inappropriately and again today with a sudden unknown charge whilst having a fixed contract. From R579 to R612 and now again R662.

Due to your malpractice and unfair practice of not providing Client with updates regards increase makes me realise you are passing the buck.

Will need to seek expertise from the relevant authorities.
