Inaccurate information given at point of upgrade

I recently upgraded my contract with MTN for the Huawei P50 pro and the was told that I will get a free gift which was the GT2 watch. On the up grade call I confirmed 3 times that the deal will come with the watch and was told that it does. I received my phone but the watch did not come with it. I was then told that I need to down load the Huawei app and apply for the free gift on the App. None of this was explained to me at point of upgrade and if it was I would not have upgraded my contract with MTN. I can not get a hold of anyone from Mondo to assist with the above query and it is very disappointing that this is the type of service that I am getting. I was not given the correct information when I upgraded my contract and I want a manger to listen to the upgrade call and call me. My number is ***
