Inaccessible data bundles.

I am unable to access my data bundles.

I have anytime data bundles that do not want to work. But when I buy data bundles they work. I called MTN cuatomer service and they saw my problem, and tbey said problem will be fixed within 72 hours...but it has been more than a week without them fixing my problem...im highly disappointed.
