Inability to cancel contract

We act as the Executor of a deceased estate.

Our late client was a client of mtn. His widow cancelled his mtn contract a month after he passed away in February 2021. This cancellation occured in person and via e-mail.

Yet you chose to hand over this account to a debt collector. An account that was stopped, cancelled and paid up.

This poor widow is not responsible for your impotence. Stop harassing her as she has more than enough to deal with and the emotional stress you add to it is not appreciated.
