In trauma and despair

My name is Mahlape Kobeli I was ****** off my new contact phone which was a sumsang A32.... But luckily I took out insurance on my phone... Little did I know that it was a waste... After going through the trauma of being ****** of my phone the insurance that I undertook from MTN told me that my claim is being declined.. Due to the fact that the phone was not in my hands when it was ******... I don't understand as I hand explained in my accounts that the person that stole my phone was know to me... I that I had notified the authorities my phone was ****** on the 12 of June 2021 till today no 1 from either MTN or guardrisk has called me...
