***** in MTN

I am a victim of ***** commited on my number and since reporting it, they have suspended use of my number. We stopped the debit order of R4050 that went of from my account and I reported the issue. Since then I have paid the R178 wich is actually my monthly fee and when I followed up, I was told (after speaking to the umpteenth person) that it will take 21 WORKING DAYS. I am unable to use something that is paid for because they have suspended my nr pending the investigation. I tried to cancel, but that I can't do that either because of the suspension. You can't speak to a supervisor nor the people who is seemingly doing the investigation. I have been at MTN for more than 20 years. So much for being a loyal paying client. I can't do anything until the investigation is over, they tell me I must just wait. And nobody can tell me how long that will be. Worst customer service in the world. I will not be surprised if the person who used my nr for *****, is actually working there.
