In June I app**** for the Mobile Internet Platinum Plan, which offers 50Gb Streaming and 50Gb Anytime Data. The 1st two months I did receive the full 100Gb however the month of August till today I only received 50Gb Anytime Data. I've made so many calls and everyone is telling me I'm only provisioned for the 50Gb and one person said the streaming was only promotional for one month but nothing says that when applying. It clearly states 50Gb Streaming Data, 30Gb Anytime Data and 20Gb Bonus Data for R259 × 24 Months. R259 is being debited on my Account without fail but the Data advertised is not being loaded on cellphone.
