In june 2023 I paid my mtn account but untill today the payment hasn't been processed. I've sent proof of payment and spoke +1000 call centre agents'for over a month, but my query is NOT attached to. Instead they suspend my service 😡 this is so frustrating 😡 even my emails to the ceos: ralph mupita and charles molapisi go unswered. I've reached the end of the line. Next stop is the ombudsman.
