In February 28 I went to MTN to creata for a laptop with 10 gig package when I got there i was advised that they have the promotion but when they activated my contract they gave me 1gig promotion when I asked them they advised that thats the name of the contract I will received my 10 gig of data very month. The first month when an I received only 1 gig and when I advised them about this they told me Koketso advised me that she will resolve the issue in two weeks when that two weeks was over the manager Baleseng ask that I give her a week to resolve the data issue if she fails then I will have to return the device. She failed to assist me so I went to the store to return the device. However MTN has been debiting for a device that I don't have every month and when I send follow up Koketso and her manager ignore me so MTN continues to rube me of R289 every month when they took the devise and I am not benefiting form the product. I no longer went the product from MTN I just what my refund and for them to stop *****ing from their customers.
